lyrics
I don’t like you
I don’t wanna pretend
Don’t wanna fake nice around our few acquainted mutual friends
Does it ever cross your mind?
You won’t make it very far
When you call yourself the victim
But I’ve seen who you are
Think you’re smart
Think you’re funny
Think your words
Still haunt me
And it’s sad but it’s true
Feel the lump in my throat
When they ask how I’m thinking of you
I said, I don’t
I don’t like you
I don’t wanna pretend
Don’t wanna act like the past is something we can ever amend
Felt the knife inside my back still burning
Tightened hand you kept turning
And I asked myself as I cried on the couch
Why did no one believe me?
Think you’re smart
Think you’re funny
Think your words
Still haunt me
And it’s sad but it’s true
Feel the lump in my throat
When they ask how I’m thinking of you
I said
I don’t like you
I don’t like you
I had a funny feeling when we met
Call it a suspicion
Call it intuition
But you hide yourself like dandelions
Everybody swore that it was nothing
And it’s sad but it’s true
Feel the lump in my throat
When they ask how I’m thinking if you
I said
I don’t like you

something about this music reminds me of road trips, being tired after a fun day, and staring out of windows. very calming and enjoyable. I wishlisted 6 months ago, bought the album a week ago and I've been listening to it every other day! rockandrollup

Something about this album is so amazing to me, I've been listening to a year now and the songs on it never get old. Wonderful vocals especially! Picking a favorite was a challenge, every song has it's own amazing charm to it. lunarmancy

The weather's gettin colder, which means its shoegaze szn. I'm so glad to have found this album. The sounds shimmer and swathe. Can't get enough. nicholas
Bright, gorgeous, bashing songs from these Belgian shoegazers that never lose track of melody amidst the waves of distortion. Bandcamp New & Notable Sep 23, 2023
The members of Big Slice rubbed shoulders with Britpop legends like Suede & Echobelly—no surprise when you hear their radiant, hooky songs. Bandcamp New & Notable Dec 17, 2022
